Day Two Hundred Twenty Four: August 11
On their last weekend in the mid-Atlantic, Oma and Opa drove down to give us a couch that they no longer needed in their home. Slowly but surely, Mommy and I are little by little passing out of the “Value City Furniture” stage in our lives.
We had grilled corn on the cob, pasta salad, and watermelon for lunch. Along the way, we discovered that teething babies like to gnaw on corncobs.
On this life in a day, we know that we are living in a commercial for laundry detergent.
