Day One Hundred Five: April 14
Today was M’s third birthday party. Many of her closest friends came to a party at a local park with a playground, along with Grandma and Grandpa from Georgia, and Oma from Pennsylvania. The theme of the party was M’s favorite animal; monkeys. We had monkey chow, fruit snacks, “chimps” and salsa, and many other party snacks. Each child stuffed a monkey with poly-fill stuffing to take home as a party gift. This is M with her monkey. She decided that if Mommy or Daddy could push her in the swing, that she could push her monkey. So here she is, totally unprompted, swinging her monkey.
On this life in a day, we know that we are blessed to count so many friends and family who love us by marking life’s milestones with us.
