I work with a fantastic team of smart, funny, dedicated, creative, and courageous people. Standing on the shoulders of giants, I earned my company’s First Year Impact Award, given annually to the employee who makes the most outstanding contribution to the firm and its clients in his or her first year. As a result, my company’s partners treated award winners to dinner at a fancy restaurant.
We had a great time. We enjoyed a great meal. I got to bring dessert home to Love, who stayed home with the kiddos. More than anything else, she is the reason for my success. I am married to a smart, funny, dedicated, creative, and courageous woman. And there’s nothing better than that on this life in a day.
