Tonight I interviewed a student applying to my alma mater, Georgetown University. We met at a Starbucks. I took this picture before the interview and reflected on how I’m glad that the days of putting a package together for approval and affirmation of some committee that sits in judgment of me…are over. I am glad to be free, and to be my own man not needing anyone else to approve my life plans any longer.
The young lady I interviewed proved fascinating. I hope she is accepted to the university.
